2. Purpose of Data Collection

Lach je Lens collects personal data for a number of purposes. The different purposes are explained below.

2.1. Delivery of the Photobooth

Lach je Lens stands for accurate and service-oriented services. To ensure this service, certain personal data is used, namely your name, address and place of residence details, the location of the party, the date, mutual email correspondence, and the agreement.

2.2. Photos from the Party or Event

Our various types of photobooths archive digital photo files for a maximum period of 12 months. After the event, the renter will receive the digital photos within 5 working days via a secure web connection as a single file. Photos are never provided to third parties.

2.3. Data Collection by a Rented Photobooth

All our photobooths are capable of collecting email addresses and results-oriented data, for example through surveys. When the renter makes use of this option, the relevant data becomes the property of the renter and falls under the renter’s privacy policy. Lach je Lens stores the data securely and deletes it within 12 months.

2.4. Data Collection by a Permanent Photobooth

Permanently installed photobooths are capable of collecting photos, email addresses, and results-oriented data, for example through surveys. The data is securely stored by Lach je Lens and deleted within 6 weeks.
